My educational agenda is 'Relational Schooling'. I bring 25 years of educational involvement in socially-just school reform initiatives in South Australia as an educational leader, teacher, researcher and bureaucrat to my current work as an educational leadership academic at Flinders University. My career has involved educational research, professional development and teaching both inside and outside of schools (early years, primary, secondary) always in partnership with a range of educational stakeholders. I bring phenomenology and critical sociology to my research interests, prioritising schooling justice.
