We have all known people who have had new, creative ideas for programs and schools.  But how does that idea turn into a successful school?  You cannot go lightly into this work.  There will be challenges and surprises at almost every step of the way.  And yet, it will be some of the most rewarding work of your life.  Whether you are a founder, teacher, or district administrator, support is needed throughout the process and that support changes depending on the phase of the school's life cycle.
