A mid-western native, Deb Christenson currently teaches history to juniors and seniors at Wildwood School in Los Angeles, CA. Committed to learner-centered classrooms and project-based learning, Deb strives to develop performance assessments and differentiated instruction in her classes. She started teaching in small, rural classrooms and has taught humanities in both public and independent schools for over thirty-five years. Two grown daughters and a 5-year-old grandson join Deb’s colleagues in teaching her new lessons every day.
