Alan Cheng is the principal of City-As-School, a transfer school in New York City. He coaches and mentors other principals, assistant principals, and aspiring school leaders through the School Leader Fellows program at Math For America. Alan is currently an advanced doctoral student at Teachers College studying adult development and education leadership.
